Water Heater Replacement & Installation
If your tank is leaking from the bottom, is more than 10 to 12 years old, or keeps needing repairs, replacement is usually the better value. We help you choose the right size and fuel type for your household, remove the old unit and install the new one to current code, including proper venting, gas connections, expansion tanks and drain pans where required.

Gas & Electric Water Heaters
We service both gas and electric water heaters. For gas units we check the gas supply, venting and combustion safety, and if your new water heater needs a new or larger gas line, we handle that too through our gas line installation and repair service. For electric units we test elements, thermostats and wiring connections to get your hot water back quickly.

How do I know if my water heater needs to be replaced?
Water leaking from the tank itself, rust-colored hot water, frequent repairs or a unit older than about 10 to 12 years are common signs it is time to replace it. We will give you an honest recommendation either way.
